International, Inc. announces that, as part of the merger agreement the
following new directors were elected, and the corporate management
structure will be as follows:

Jeff Crittenden (aged 41) has been appointed CEO of the new venture.
Jeff has 3 years in the CA Wine export industry and ran his own mortgage
and real estate investment company for over 8 years. Prior to the real
estate industry, Jeff was involved with business development in the
technology industry for companies including ATT, Cisco Systems and
Netscape Communications.

Brian Bumgarner (aged 41) has been appointed CVO (Chief Vintner
Officer). Brian has 3 years in the CA Wine export industry and 19 years
in the wine industry itself. Brian has been the winemaker for several
Sierra Nevada Wineries and currently owns Bumgarner Winery. Brian has
extensive industry sales and marketing knowledge along with the complete
understanding of everything wine and winemaking.

Jeffrey Wieser (aged 48) has been appointed EVP of Logistics. Jeff has
been managing export logistics of CA Wine for 3 years. He started his
logistical career 1987 with Coors Beer and has been involved with
domestic and international logistics solution since 1988. Prior to
starting his own logistics business he was VP Sales with N.W.
Transportation located in CA.

Frank Yglesias (aged 48) the current CEO has been appointed EVP of China
Operations. Frank has over 5 years in country business experience in
China and has established the company’s current operating subsidiarity
in China specializing in the FB logistical and distribution segment.

Mr. Hua “Jack” Chih-Yang (aged 48) has been appointed as an independent
non-executive Director. Jack as he likes to be called comes from over 20
years experience in the FB industry, a Chinese native growing up in
Singapore, Graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1982 with a
Bachelors in Science in Hotel Management.

The company welcomes the new directors, and is confident that their
expertise and experience will provide the foundation necessary to
succeed in the international sales of California Wine. The California
Wineries have been waiting for a solution like “CGI” and have already
