Earlier this week, Rodeo Realty held an Economic Forecast Real Estate event at the ArcLight Theater in Sherman Oaks. Over 300 agents from my company gathered to hear California Association of Realtors (CAR) Chief Executive Officer, Joel Singer, speak about the 2012 California Housing Market Forecast.
President of Rodeo Realty, Syd Leibovitch, even shared insight about current market conditions he is seeing in Los Angeles and Ventura County. Singer joined C.A.R. in 1978 and has held the Association’s top staff position since November 1989 after serving as C.A.R.’s chief economist and directing the Association’s public affairs department. Singer was vital in the development of Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS), C.A.R.’s for-profit subsidiary, and serves as its president.
He also is president and chief executive officer of a real estate software program, zipLogix. Named as one of the 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate by the National Association of REALTORS and in 2010 named as one of the Most Influential Real Estate Leaders by Inman News, Joe Singer’s provided a great amount of knowledge about the upcoming market predictions. See the attached PDF for his economic insights.
