advisors, a who’s who of real estate luminaries to support its continued

The national service is a professional forum that organizes and
aggregates all buyers and off-market sellers through their respective
real estate sales professional.
Joining the board are Andrew Duncan, CEO Boardwalktech; Robert R.
Gerlach, Alain Pinel Realtors; Carole Rodoni, President of Bamboo
Consulting; Gary McKae, a veteran of the financial services industry;
and Judy Citron, also of Alain Pinel Realtors.

Andrew Duncan has more than 20 years of experience focused on building
companies and taking products and services to market. Prior to
Boardwalktech, Andy served as President and CEO of Advanced Data
Exchange. ADX provides on-demand supply chain transaction processing
network used today by over 200 of the Fortune 1000. Andy also served as
President and CEO of The EC Company which was focused on payment
transaction technologies for the small and mid market. During his work
in the technology field, Andy has led companies through several stages
of growth and secured significant investments from American Express,
CMGI @Ventures, Invamed Associates, Intel Capital, Wasserstein Addelson
Ventures, GKM Ventures, Sandler Captial, and The Thomson Companies.
Prior to entering the technology field, Andy was President and CEO of
Duncan Insurance, Inc., a nationwide Insurance brokerage representing
over 80 insurance companies specializing in commercial insurance.
Robert R. Gerlach
Under RobertGerlach’s leadership, Alain Pinel Realtors Palo Alto office
has consistently been one of the top producing branches within the
company’s network of offices. Bob has led and built three offices, all
of which quickly became the leading offices in their marketplace, during
two decades of management. Bob comes from a real estate family and began
his career working at Fox Carskadon from 1977 to 1992. After working
as a sales agent, he moved quickly through the management ranks. In 1981
he became the assistant manager of Fox Carskadon in their San Mateo
office and in 1983 became the manager of the Los Altos office. In 1986
he opened their Palo Alto office. The Palo Alto office became one of the
most successful offices within Fox Carskadon and was recognized both
locally and nationally at the time. He joined Alain Pinel Realtors in

Carole Rodoni, President of Bamboo Consulting
Carole Rodoni was formerly President of Fox Carskadon Real Estate,
Chief Operating Officer of Cornish and Carey Real Estate, and President
of Alain Pinel Realtors. She is a renowned speaker on the economy and
real estate and is currently the President of her own consulting company
— Bamboo Consulting. Carole has served on the Board of Regents of Santa
Clara University, is a Member of the Board of Directors of BayNet and
CondoWorks, and has been a guest columnist for the San Francisco
Examiner. She also is a frequent guest speaker on several radio and TV
programs across the Bay Area.
Gary McKae
Mr. McKae is a veteran of the financial services industry, has a broad,
diverse and highly successful background. He combines his financial
expertise with inside knowledge of Woodside and its surrounding
communities to provide his clients with a unique view of the most sought
after Peninsula Communities. He was a member of the Woodside School
Foundation, a member of the Woodside Trails Committee, and a member of
the Woodside Livestock Committee. He was elected to the Woodside Town
Council from 1994-1997 and was Mayor of the Town of Woodside in 1996. He
was Woodside’s representative to San Mateo County Council of Cities and
San Mateo City-County Association of Governments in 1996 and 1997. Gary
